Is This for You
Built for a Specific Professional

This program is for mid-career professionals who are ready to build real technical depth in data systems — not those exploring whether they might be interested in technology.

📊
You work with data, systems, or structured information
You do not need to be a programmer or database expert. If you work with structured data, reporting systems, or information management in any capacity, that foundation is relevant.
📈
You are earning below your potential
You have 3 to 12 years of professional experience and real analytical or technical instincts — but your compensation has not kept pace with what you are capable of.
🌍
You are an immigrant or first-generation professional
This program was built with your context in mind. Dr. Nnamdi Ihenacho navigated the same transition — from immigrant professional to enterprise data practitioner. That lived experience is in the curriculum.
🔧
You are ready to build real technical skills
Enterprise Data Systems Engineering requires genuine technical engagement. You will learn SQL Server, data architecture, and cloud data platforms — not conceptually, but practically. Come prepared to do the work.
This is not for you if —You have fewer than 3 years of professional experience, want a conceptual overview of data without hands-on technical development, or are not ready to commit to a structured cohort program. Prior database experience is not required — but comfort with technical learning is.
Curriculum
Six Modules. Built Around Real Enterprise Data Environments.

Every module is taught by Dr. Nnamdi Ihenacho — an active enterprise data systems practitioner. The curriculum is built around what enterprise organizations actually use and hire for.

Database design principles for enterprise scalability and performance
Data flow architecture and integration patterns in large organizations
03
Enterprise Data Governance & Compliance
Data governance frameworks in enterprise environments
Regulatory compliance — HIPAA, SOX, GDPR implications for data systems
Data quality management, lineage, and audit readiness
04
Performance Tuning & High Availability

Target Roles
Where Graduates Land

These are the six-figure enterprise data roles this program prepares you for. Salary ranges reflect current market data for professionals 3 to 8 years into enterprise data careers.

Database Administrator
$80K–$110K
Manages, maintains, and secures enterprise database systems. The foundational data role and most direct path for program graduates.
Enterprise Data Engineer
$90K–$125K
Builds and maintains the data pipelines, infrastructure, and systems that power enterprise analytics and operations.
Data Systems Analyst
$75K–$100K
Bridges business requirements and data infrastructure — translating organizational needs into data system design and implementation.
Database Developer
$80K–$110K
Designs and develops database solutions, stored procedures, and data applications within enterprise environments.
Data Infrastructure Engineer
$90K–$120K
Manages the underlying infrastructure that supports enterprise data systems — storage, compute, networking, and availability.
Cloud Data Administrator
$85K–$115K
Administers cloud-based database platforms (Azure, AWS) in enterprise hybrid environments. High demand as organizations accelerate cloud migration.
The Cohort Model
Why This Is Not Self-Paced

Technical skills are built through structured progression and peer accountability — not through on-demand content you finish whenever motivation allows.

🔄
Structured Progression
Each module builds on the last. The curriculum is sequenced deliberately — you cannot skip ahead, and you do not fall behind alone.
🔒
Selective Admission
Every person in your cohort cleared the same application bar. The quality of your learning environment is protected from the start.
🤝
Lasting Professional Network
Enterprise data professionals who trained together. The cohort relationship is a long-term career asset — not a temporary classroom dynamic.
Faculty
Who Leads This Program
NI
Dr. Nnamdi Ihenacho
Co-Founder, NSTAR Technologies · Institutional Architect
Faculty Lead — Enterprise Data Systems Engineering

Dr. Nnamdi Ihenacho is an enterprise data systems practitioner who has spent his career inside large organizations — not teaching data concepts from the outside, but building and managing the data infrastructure that enterprise operations depend on. He brings that hands-on technical depth directly into every session he leads.

As an African immigrant who navigated the transition into enterprise data systems firsthand, Nnamdi understands the specific challenges this program's audience faces — not as observed patterns, but from lived experience. The curriculum reflects both his technical expertise and the career strategy knowledge he built over years of advancing inside corporate America as a first-generation professional.

As co-founder of NSTAR Technologies and the African Immigrant Collective, Dr. Ihenacho has worked directly with hundreds of professionals navigating similar transitions. He designed the Enterprise Data Systems Engineering program to give them the technical foundation and career positioning that he had to build largely on his own.
