Is This for You
Built for a Specific Professional

This program is not for everyone. It is for mid-career professionals who are ready to lead — not those still deciding whether they want to be in technology.

📋
You have managed things — people, projects, or processes
You do not need a formal project management title to qualify. If you have coordinated work, managed stakeholders, or led team efforts in any capacity, that experience is relevant.
📈
You are earning below your potential
You have 3 to 12 years of professional experience and real skills — but your title and compensation have not kept pace with your actual contribution.
🌍
You are navigating corporate America as an immigrant or first-generation professional
The unwritten rules of advancement in enterprise technology organizations were never explained to you. This program was built with that context in mind — not as an afterthought.
🎯
You are ready to make a decision and do the work
This is a cohort program with expectations. You are not purchasing access to content — you are committing to a structured program with peers who are equally committed.
This is not for you if —You have fewer than 3 years of professional experience, are looking for a self-paced course, or are not ready to commit to a structured cohort schedule. The program is designed for professionals who are ready to move — not those still exploring whether they want to.

The Cohort Model
Why Cohort-Based Matters

The cohort structure is not a logistical choice. It is a learning and accountability architecture that produces different outcomes than self-paced programs.

👥
Peer Accountability
You move through the program with the same professionals. Shared deadlines, shared context, and a cohort that holds each other to the work.
🔒
Selective Admission
Every person in your cohort was admitted through the same application process. The quality of your peers is protected by the standards of admission.
🤝
Community That Lasts
Cohort relationships persist beyond graduation. The professional network you build during the program is a long-term career asset.

Who Leads This Program
SI
Stella Ihenacho
Co-Founder, NSTAR Technologies · Program Director
Faculty Lead — Enterprise Delivery & Program Leadership

Stella is an enterprise delivery and program leadership expert who has spent her career inside real delivery management environments — not advising from the outside. She leads complex programs, manages cross-functional teams, and drives outcomes inside organizations that have no tolerance for theoretical frameworks.

As NSTAR's curriculum architect and student experience lead, Stella has worked directly with hundreds of professionals in transition. She understands the specific patterns that hold capable mid-career professionals back — and she builds her curriculum around closing those gaps, not covering content for its own sake.

As co-founder of the African Immigrant Collective alongside Dr. Nnamdi Ihenacho, Stella brings lived experience with the specific dynamics immigrant and first-generation professionals navigate in corporate America. That context is embedded in every session she leads — not as a footnote, but as the foundation.

Alumni Feedback
What Graduates Say

From NSTAR alumni who completed the Enterprise Delivery & Program Leadership program.

★★★★★
Stella runs this program the way she runs delivery in the real world — no fluff, no filler. Every session had direct application to situations I was already navigating at work. Within eight months I had a new title and a $22,000 salary increase.

★★★★★
The stakeholder management module alone changed how I show up at work. I had been technically competent for years — this program taught me how to turn that competence into organizational influence. That is a completely different skill.
MR

Now: Technology Program Manager — $88K
★★★★★
I came in without a technology background. What NSTAR showed me is that enterprise delivery is not primarily a technical role — it is a leadership role that happens inside technology organizations. That reframe changed everything about how I presented myself in interviews.
