“When were you most satisfied in your job?” the interviewer wants to know what motivates you. The interviewer will get a sense of your preferences if you can give an example of a job or project where yo were excited. “In my previous job, I was delighted because I dealt with directly with customers and their problems; this is an important part of my job.”
What can you offer us that none of the other candidates can?
When asked, “What can you do for us that other candidates can’t?” emphasize your unique qualities. This will require an assessment of your experiences, skills and personality traits.
What are you looking for in terms of salary?
When asked, “What salary are you looking for?” it’s better if the employer gives you a range first. Knowing the going rate in your area and your bottom line or walk-away point will help you prepare. “I am confident that when the time comes, we will be able to agree on a reasonable amount; in what range do you typically pay someone with my background?” is one possible response
