Stella Ihenacho is a Harvard Trained Agile Leader who is passionate about changing lives through education.

She is Co-Founder and Agile Faculty Lead at NSTAR Technologies, a continuing education institution based in Atlanta, GA where she transforms the career and learning landscape for countless students through training and skills acquisition programs.

She has received multiple awards, spoken on stages and most importantly transformed individuals and organizations leveraging agile as a methodology and as a mindset.

She leads the Continuous Improvement and Agility Team at Red Hat and is a founding member of the Women In Software Engineering and Women In Tech at Red Hat and a mentor inside the Women Of Project Management Community.
