Workforce Ready with NSTAR is a free weekly live show hosted by Dr. Nnamdi Ihenacho and Stella Ihenacho — the co-founders of NSTAR Technologies and the African Immigrant Collective.

Each episode covers one focused topic relevant to mid-career professionals navigating the enterprise technology job market — career strategy, salary negotiation, credential decisions, industry trends, and the specific dynamics immigrant and first-generation professionals encounter in corporate America.

The show is not a funnel for NSTAR programs. It exists because Nnamdi and Stella believe that access to real career information should not require enrollment in anything. If you are a regular viewer who never enrols in an NSTAR program, that is a completely legitimate outcome. The show is designed to be useful regardless.

That said — a large percentage of NSTAR students found the institution through Workforce Ready first. The show earns trust by being genuinely useful. Trust, over time, becomes enrollment. That is the relationship, stated plainly.
